Most of what we do in our lives is impressionable. As a teacher, I find that giving my all in everything I do is a just reward for all the effort I put in. At times I found that "treats or rewards" were temporary and expensive. With constant praising, my students seem to respond better. When students see that their teacher is going all out for a lesson or activity, students get excited. They tend to "listen" to the teacher more. For me, this is where the magic happens. Students in turn give their best.
