"There are two kinds of people; those who do the work and those who take the credit. Try to be in the first group; there is less competition there." -- Indira Gandhi

This quote is all about me, I love to be part of a group that works well together. I feel a great accomplishment when the assignment is a succes! I don't care for competition and credit, (unless it's college credits):)
Your right! I would rather be a part of the working class. Its more rewarding.
ReplyDeleteI have had experience with working with both kinds of people. I have to say that group one is my choice. I am such a behind the scenes kind of person and taking credit has a certain amount of responsibility to it. Like doing something well, gives people the impression that I will keep on doing well or better.
