"Learning is finding out what we already know. Doing is demonstrating that you know it. Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you. You are all learners, doers, and teachers." -- Richard Bach
Everyday is a learning experience for us all. Just because we are educators does not mean we know it all. We are all in this cycle: 'learners, doers, teachers'. I find myself constantly telling my students this, that I am learning just as they are. It teaches them that no one is perfect, knows it all, and it's ok to make mistakes because we learn from them.
I agree, no one is perfect, but we can strive towards achievement by looking at life as a constant learning experience-one in which we can learn and grow from one another.
ReplyDeleteI tell my students if they make a mistake then learn from it, try your best not to repeat the same mistake. A new day is a day of trying/working even harder than the last.
ReplyDeleteThe irony of the circle of life- you will never just be one, without becoming another.
