This reminds me of what it takes for teachers to reach some students who have difficulties grasping the content and/or skills being taught. These students would need to be taught and retaught several times with different strategies in order for them maintain what they've learned. Teachers who have perseverance understand the needs of these students and are willing to do what it takes for students to achieve. If teachers continue to make the effort necessary to reach students, eventually the students will see the light!
In class we were able to see how to navigate Google Earth, put place marks, and provide descriptions. We were also fortunate to see samples of the Geo-Narrative lesson plans from previous ED638 students. This gave me a better understanding of what is expected for this assignment. Now I am ready to venture out into the virtual world!

With this project, I think you can really go far to reach those kids that have a hard time learning with the pencil & paper style of teaching.
