Pressure

Okay, so I am trying my best to get everything completed for the upcoming class presentations and to finalize the remaining assignments that are due. I am currently completing my lesson plan for my geo-narrative presentation and touching up on my live text portfolio. I am not to sure about everyone else but I am starting to feel the pressure of the stress building up inside of my head! Great Job to everyone for a great group presentation @ the L.A. Conference.

"If a seed of lettuce will not grow, we do not blame the lettuce. Instead, the fault lies with us for not having nourished the seed properly" -Buddist proverb

I chose this quote but it reflects my current situation of procrastinating and not being on top of my work!

  1. Pressure always builds up towards the end of the semester and me being out of school for 3 years, I am starting to feel that stress again. If you're feeling stressful, try working on your assignments for a couple hours a day throughout the week, I have found that helps for me. Good luck Yolie.

  2. Devin and Yolie, I think we're all on the same boat with tying up loose ends: It's hard getting started, but once you start a little work here and there you get things done. Now that I started a little work here, I must leave and start a little work there.

  3. I can attest to this Yolie! Don't worry I feel the same way. We're almost done with the course that's why we have this feeling but once we reach the finish line we'll feel relief after all the hard work. Just take it one at a time. Breathe and take it slow but surely getting things done.
