Enthusiasm!
"The worst bankrupt in the world is the man who has lost his enthusiasm. Let a man lose everything else in the world but his enthusiasm and he will come through again to success." Try to find the bright side of everything that's difficult!
Yes play hard, work smart! Find some form of happiness in what you do and if you can't then maybe it the shoe doesn't fit. But hey, we teachers wear many hats therefore happiness isn't that hard to find.
That is a good quote and I think that if people are willing to push themselves, they will succeed. I've seen people who have lost their enthusiasm for different reasons and the negative effects it has on them.
